Ricardo, a native of Brazil, is an economic researcher. Laady Pedraaza, a native of Colombia and now based in Chicago, has been in Marketing and Public Relations since 1998. She has designed strategic marketing plans for residential tourism development projects for high end and reputed real estate developers in Mexico, Panama, Belize and Costa Rica. She has also designed customer profiles for various international real estate products to provide US consumer insights and expectations to International developers.

Laady has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Masters in Consumer Psychology.
